Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PyCore. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
1. User Obligations

2.1 Project Cooperation
For successful project delivery, you are responsible for:

- Designating authorized representatives for decision-making
- Meeting agreed-upon deadlines for reviews and approvals
2.2 Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PyCore, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
2.3 Data Protection Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to us for processing complies with applicable data protection laws. You must have proper consent or legal basis for sharing personal data with us and for the intended use of such data in the project.
2.4 Third-Party Interactions
You acknowledge that your use of our services may involve interactions with third-party services, APIs, or platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use in connection with our services.
3. Liability and Warranties
3.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any defects in our work identified within the warranty period specified in project agreements.
3.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in project agreements, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Complete security against all vulnerabilities
While we follow best practices and security standards, no software is entirely free from bugs or vulnerabilities. We encourage regular updates and security monitoring.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PyCore shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
3.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
In no event shall PyCore be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to damages arising from system failures, data corruption, security breaches, or third-party service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.5 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemic events, or failures of third-party service providers.
4. Legal Information
4.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
4.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation.
4.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through:
- Negotiation: Good faith discussions between authorized representatives
- Mediation: Facilitated negotiation with a neutral third party if direct negotiation fails
- Arbitration or Litigation: As a last resort, through Cyprus courts or agreed arbitration
4.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
4.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any project agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PyCore regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
4.6 Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
4.7 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights granted hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and Conditions or any rights under them without restriction.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email to active clients. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
