5.4 Third-Party Licenses
Projects may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party components subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party license terms.
6. Payment and Fees
Payment terms for development services will be specified in individual project agreements. General principles include:
- All fees are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
- Payment schedules may include deposits, milestone payments, or other arrangements
- Invoices are typically due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
